Loan Oak Family Farm raises 100% grass-fed, grass-finished South Poll beef from a closed, drug-free herd. Our cattle are born, raised, and finished on pasture, harvested young at peak condition, and dry-aged 14–21 days for tenderness and flavor. Custom beef shares start at 25 lbs, with frozen delivery or pickup available.
