My Story

I was raised on a cattle ranch in the heart of Central Texas, where ranching wasn’t just a job,  it was a way of life. My grandfather started this ranch, and I grew up learning the ropes from my dad, fixing fences, checking cattle, and understanding the land.

These days, my brother and I run a small regenerative cattle operation on that same ranch. We raise our animals the right way — on pasture, without shortcuts, and with respect for both the environment and the animals.

Over the years, I realized how hard it can be for people to actually find real grass-fed, grass-finished beef, especially in bulk. And on the flip side, I saw how many good ranchers struggle to connect with the customers who are looking for exactly what they offer.  That’s why I built this website.

My goal is to support sustainable ranching, help customers eat better, and give producers a better shot at making a living — outside of the commodity system. It’s about real food, real people, and a better way of doing things.
