Dayspring Farm raises 100% grass-fed, grass-finished beef from Red Angus and SimAngus cattle selected to thrive on local pasture. Our cattle are rotationally grazed, pasture-raised with minimal handling, and grown naturally for 18–24 months, producing lean, flavorful beef rich in omega-3s and CLA.
